C-G-U-M Radio!

*a furry hand adjusts the station control. It pauses on 107.07. A voice is heard loud and clear*

"Cheetah the furry here from CGUM radio comin' atcha from not too far! 9:14 PM for all of us Pacific Coaster's and after 12 for the Eastern board on this late eighth day of September '99. We have a new program for ya tonight. Coming up later you'll get a little taste-- a preview, if you will-- for a new Gummi Bears saga called Gumwyn. You'll be hearing a dialogue preview clip from the saga and get a little info on the story and characters."

"But for now, I ran across an episode that is perhaps the most unusual of all Gummi episodes, and I've seen them all! I am referring to A KNIGHT TO REMEMBER. I mean, how bizarre is it when Cubbi goes on a quest with a ghost gummi knight to save the world from the mysterious Doomsday Clock built by, revealingly, Morlock the Magician from a previous GB episode. Strangest of all, and one I'm not sure many people have noticed, is that the gummi knight's name is spelled 'Sir Gallant' on, of all things, a gravestone! Two points here, bouncers: One, 'Gallant' is hardly a gummi name. It ain't the Gummi way to name a cub such a thing! That's a human name. Second, do you in your opinion believe that gummies used gravestones? Why aren't there more? As you can see, I've found an interesting enigma. Solution? Cubbi said in A KNIGHT TO REMEMBER that he hopes someday to be honored in such a way (with a gravestone) for some brave deed. Obviously, not all gummies are buried or what-have-you like that. My theory is that it was a human honor; that a human or group of humans buried the dead gummi in that spot and made the gravemarker. And they either dubbed him 'Sir Gallant' or misspelled his name on the stone. Everybody knows most humans can't spell. Haha. I usually refer to him as 'Sir Gallunt' with a 'u', because that's proper gummi name etiquette. Any other ideas, guys? We'll be back after this break."

*transmission resumed : : brief static*

"Hey! We're back! Whoa, that was a little longer break than expected *chuckle* But as promised, we'll have some clips from the exciting new Gumwyn saga beginning to unfold. Gumwyn should be coming soon to a location near you.

"Been talking to some of the cast and they can't wait to see the finished product. Boy, I'm excited about the previews. So, without further delay, on with the Gumwyn clips!"

*short pause as the dialogue warms up to play*
*background music is heard to fit the scene in each clip*

Grammi: "Did you know this place was here, Gusto?"
Gusto: "No way. And it doesn't look like anybody else does, either."
Gruffi: "With good reason."

Zummi: *alarmed* "Let it go!!"
Gruffi: *strained voice* "I can't!"

Cavvi: "Where are you from?"
*brief pause*
Zummi: "Gummi Glen. Have you heard of it?"
Cavvi: "Nope. Sounds small."
Gruffi: *mumbles, heartsunk* "Smaller than you think, kid..."

Grammi: "But... Aren'tcha afraid humans'll find this place?"
*brief silence, then many voices burst out in laughter*
Londonberry: "My good lady, you have been drinking too much honey-berry wine! Humans are a myth!"

*cubs noisy in background*
female gummi: "Oh, thank goodness. Could you lend a hand? These cubs are a little rambunctious today."
Grammi: "I.. I'd be happy to-"
female gummi: "Oh, THANK you!" *relieved, hear footsteps running after the hyper kids*
Grammi: "Land sakes... I haven't held a baby in years." *smile is audible*

Starri: "How can you associate with peasants? I'm glad _I'm_ the oldest. I'd hate to see the Kingdom in ruins under YOUR rule."
Sweeti: "I don't WANT to be Queen.."
Starri: *warning* "And you should count yourself lucky that I don't tell mother you say such things."

Cavvi: "No! You can't tell anybody! PLEASE!"
Gruffi: "..Okay, kid. I won't. But you have some explaining to do."

Gruffi: "But we don't belong here! You know that!"
Grammi: "I suppose..."
Zummi: "Gruffi, we don't even know how to get back. Who's to say we aren't meant to be with these gummies?"
Gruffi: "What about Cubbi, and Sunni, and Tummi?"
*silence*
